| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ALL LEVELS: |
- Work with engineering and network operations support teams to resolve any hardware/technical issues and implement changes.
| - Work with cross functional teams to define project requirements and planning necessary to deliver quality products on time.
| - Work with customer care teams to monitor identify and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.
| - Provide technical content used to create marketing/sales collateral.

Focus Areas: Forecasting Automation & Optimization - Accountable for forecasting demand on the GCI network (satellite microwave core TERRA HFC Mobility).
- Provides forecasts bi-annually for input into the LRP (long range plan).
- Provides ad-hoc capacity checks as requested from other GCI departments.
- Coordinates with other departments to optimize costs by consolidating or right sizing leased capacity as necessary.
