Test Engineering Manager
Kettering OH/Remote

Responsibilities:
- Manages activities related to test engineering including staffing scheduling coordinating and planning.
- Organizes and coordinates various sections of engineering.
- Plans and establishes engineering schedules and checks actual performance data against estimates.
- Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary.
- Manages assembly of cost control and statistical data and the development of material selection standards.
- Approves process specification and design standards.
- Prepares and controls departmental annual budget.
- Administers personnel functions including recruiting review and approval of job descriptions and salary classifications and selection and placement of personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role
- DoD 8570 Level II/II certification required
- Active Security Clearance Required
