Qualifications- What are we looking for:
You have a number of years experience working in a kitchen environment. Preferably within a larger hotel.
A relevant trade qualification from an educational institution or equal work experience is necessary.
We see that you understand the importance of a business focused approach to managing a kitchen.
You have the ability to build relationships both internal and external.
Great and efficient communication skills in English and conversational in Swedish.
Planning and organizational skills.
You enjoy and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Beneficial if you have some knowledge and proficiency with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office programs Outlook as well as a Time management system.

Assist the Sous Chef and Executive chef to train and develop the kitchen team.
Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
Understanding and follow all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation receiving storage and sanitation (HACCP).
