Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned SFMC Lead who can drive strategy architecture and implementation across Marketing Cloud initiatives. The role involves leading a team managing complex integrations and ensuring best-in-class marketing automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
• Oversee and guide a team of SFMC developers automation specialists and campaign managers.
• Architect scalable journeys automations data models and integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Govern platform configuration best practices and data usage across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Review and optimize AMPscript SQL APIs and journey logic.
• Ensure platform hygiene data privacy compliance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex SFMC issues and provide thought leadership on platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years total experience out of which 5 years must be in SFMC.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Clouds full suite:
  Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Mobile Studio Contact Builder Datorama (optional).
• Expertise in AMPscript SSJS SQL and API-based integrations.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SFMC Architect/Developer certifications preferred.
