Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assist in crafting innovative healthcare design concepts and producing precise high-quality technical drawings
Create engaging 3D models renders and visualisations that bring patient-focused and clinical spaces to life
Support the preparation of planning applications healthcare compliance documents and regulatory submissions
Collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure projects meet healthcare standards deadlines and exceptional quality
Attend client meetings site visits and project reviews alongside NHS trusts and private healthcare partners
Contribute to compelling presentations reports and design documents that communicate vision with clarity
Carry out research into healthcare materials medical equipment integration and sector-leading design trends

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Proficiency in Revit is essential
Strong understanding of UK building regulations planning processes and healthcare design standards
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
