Posición: Técnico/a de Gestión de Concursos y Precios Industria Farmacéutica (Temporal para Madrid)

Resumen del puesto:
Responsable de la gestión integral de concursos públicos y privados en el sector farmacéutico asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la competitividad de las ofertas. Además se encargará de la administración y actualización de precios en la plataforma interna de la compañía garantizando la correcta aplicación de políticas comerciales y regulatorias.

Principales responsabilidades:

Gestión de concursos:

Analizar pliegos y requisitos técnicos/administrativos de licitaciones públicas y privadas.
Preparar y presentar ofertas en tiempo y forma coordinando con áreas internas (comercial legal logística).
Realizar seguimiento de adjudicaciones y renovaciones.
Mantener actualizado el registro de concursos y resultados en sistemas internos.

Gestión de precios:

Actualizar y validar precios en la plataforma corporativa según políticas internas y normativa vigente.
Coordinar con departamentos de Pricing Market Access y Finanzas para asegurar coherencia en tarifas.
Monitorizar cambios regulatorios que afecten precios y márgenes.
Generar reportes periódicos sobre evolución de precios y concursos.

Cumplimiento normativo:

Garantizar que todas las ofertas y precios cumplan con la legislación aplicable (Ley de Contratos del Sector Público normativa farmacéutica).
Mantener documentación auditada y trazabilidad de procesos.
