What Youll Do
Coordinate ECN Process: Manage the end-to-end ECN workflow from initiation to release ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Design teams to understand change requirements and Manufacturing Engineers to assess feasibility and impact.
Documentation & System Updates: Ensure all ECN-related documentation is accurate complete and properly recorded in the system.
Change Implementation: Communicate and cooperate with internal teams (Production Quality Procurement Planning) to support smooth implementation of changes.
Monitor Progress: Track ECN status follow up on pending actions and escalate issues to ensure timely completion.
Impact Analysis: Assist in evaluating the effect of changes on inventory production schedules and supply chain activities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline ECN processes and reduce lead time for change implementation.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Engineering or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in these areas will also be considered
Experiences: 3-5 years in engineering change management product lifecycle management or related roles.
Familiarity with SAP / CBS systems
Knowledge of engineering documentation and manufacturing processes Demand planning inventory control
Certifications (optional but valuable): Lean Six Sigma
