The Manager FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis for U.S. operations delivering strategic insights that influence executive decisions and long-term growth. - Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across departments.
- Develop scenario planning models to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage ad hoc financial projects.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting including P&L cash flow and KPI dashboards.
- Analyze financial results variances and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that translate financial data into recommendations.
- Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business units to identify and optimize performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to align goals and resources.
- Process Improvement
- Drive automation and enhancements in reporting tools and budgeting systems.
- Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Leadership & Professional Development
- Coach and develop a team of two analysts fostering best-in-class FP&A practices.
- Promote a culture of collaboration accountability and professional growth within the finance team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 5 years in FP&A or corporate finance with proven or progressive leadership experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tools (SAP Adaptive Anaplan Power BI).
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership.
- Experience in fast-paced dynamic environments.
