We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support the development and execution of communication strategies across various channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy consistency and quality of internal and external messaging. Responsibilities
Assist in drafting editing and refining written communications including announcements reports newsletters and brand messaging.
Support the coordination of communication initiatives and projects across departments.
Maintain brand consistency in all content and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Conduct research to support messaging strategies and content development.
Prepare presentation materials summaries briefs and communication documents as needed.
Monitor communication workflows and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to reinforce clear and effective communication practices.
Qualifications :
