Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in London United Kingdom. As a Retail Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while helping to drive sales and maintain the stores appearance.
- Greet and assist customers in a warm welcoming manner
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a tidy and well-organised sales floor including restocking and merchandising displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Participate in promotional activities and special events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Basic maths skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg when necessary
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices is advantageous
- Passion for our products and ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits
