What Youll Need

Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adults residential setting.
Proven strong track record with the CQC.
Registration with the CQC
Genuine passion for older adults and dementia care.

What Youll Do

Lead the day-to-day management of a residential service for older adults and those living with dementia.
Maintain and strengthen the homes Good CQC rating through excellent compliance and quality governance.
Inspire and develop your team to deliver warm person-centred high-standard care.
Build trusted relationships with residents families staff and the local community.
Oversee budgets staffing and resources to ensure a safe homely and welcoming environment.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice across the home.
