What Youll Need
- Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adults residential setting.
- Proven strong track record with the CQC.
- Registration with the CQC
- Genuine passion for older adults and dementia care.
What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of a residential service for older adults and those living with dementia.
- Maintain and strengthen the homes Good CQC rating through excellent compliance and quality governance.
- Inspire and develop your team to deliver warm person-centred high-standard care.
- Build trusted relationships with residents families staff and the local community.
- Oversee budgets staffing and resources to ensure a safe homely and welcoming environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice across the home.
