This internship is for someone who wants to build real sales skills not for someone looking to just gain experience. Youll learn how modern tech companies grow through sales outreach market research and customer engagement. Youll support the sales and marketing efforts across our Google Cloud ServiceNow and Creative Tech teams gaining exposure to three of the most in-demand areas in the industry.
Heres what youll actually do:
- Research companies accounts and contacts and learn to tell a good lead from a waste of time
- Write personalised outreach messages that dont sound like everyone elses
- Support early lead qualification and help structure and maintain our pipeline and tools
- Join team meetings contribute actively and track your progress like any other member of the team
- Learn how cloud AI digital workflows and product design solve real business problems
- Build a network across three specialised tech domains within Devoteam
No coffee runs. No busywork. Youll be part of the team and expected to grow fast.
Qualifications :
Were hiring mindset over CV. We want someone who communicates well learns fast and takes initiative.
Youll need:
- Clear confident communication in English (Swedish is a plus).
- Curiosity about tech sales cloud AI service management and digital experiences.
- Ability to follow up with leads teammates and your own tasks.
- A proactive give me the ball attitude.
- Motivation to improve quickly and take ownership.
Youre probably studying business marketing or tech or maybe youre not. Thats less important than how you show up.

- Unpaid internship based in Stockholm Gothenburg or Malmö

- Work closely with senior sales teams across all three Devoteam entities
