These Tasks Await You

• You are independently responsible for analyzing and approving requests for surety lines for both new and existing clients.
• You set review limits within your granted authority and independently extend surety lines.
• You select and assess surety risks as you further develop the Dutch surety portfolio.
• You present credit decision proposals to various credit committees.
• You maintain goal-oriented and collegial collaboration with other departments and continuously build your own internal and external networks.
• You conduct risk discussions with companies of various sizes and industries both at our location and on-site at the companies.

What We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your (business/economics) studies or a comparable vocational training.
• You already have initial experience with surety products and markets and possess solid experience in assessing complex risks or surety-specific risk factors.
• You are confident in preparing comprehensive decision proposals in English and representing them in credit committees.
• With your structured solution-oriented approach decisiveness and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels you know how to convince and like to drive topics forward.
• You consider pronounced teamwork skills high independence and a sense of responsibility as a matter of course.
• You enjoy proactively solution-oriented and sometimes hands-on work in a small cross-functional team.
• With your excellent Dutch and English skills and willingness to travel you are optimally prepared for work in an international environment.
