As a learning and development generalist at PwC you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Offer linguistic expertise in language assessment setting fluency benchmarks optimal learner time commitment modes of training delivery and retesting to achieve the target language fluency levels across staff levels xLoS/xAC (Optimize TCC Lifecycle)
Mentor and manage language coaches on best language upskilling practices to build a client-ready workforce.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in strategic decisions
Perform fit-for-purpose on evaluating language vendors capabilities (testing and learning).
Program strategy design and governance (Build and manage support ecosystem)
Program data governance and quality control
Development of linguistic learning curriculum and modes of delivery
Learner Outcomes and Experience
Direct oversight of the global language coach network
Reporting and insights
Driving alignment across a large and complex set of US and global stakeholders
Program budget and investment planning
Vendor/Procurement Management
Drive technology-based language fluency development
15 years of experience in English language upskilling global program administration (end-to-end)
Deep subject matter expertise in applied linguistics for adult language learning
Exposure to working with cross-border global teams and operate with a culturally agile mindset to drive the xAC learner outcomes
Scaling the program globally to cater to the language needs of the beginner to the mastery level
Proven people management experience (managing language coaches)
Creating or adapting course materials lesson plans and assessments to facilitate effective learning.
Selecting and implementing appropriate teaching methodologies including online in-person or blended learning approaches.
Using data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to manage projects budgets and timelines effectively (Project Management)
Deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies and learning principles (Instructional Design)
Adept at using technology for teaching and learning including online learning platforms and virtual meeting tools (Technology Proficiency)
