Our Deals Merger and Acquisition Integration Consulting practice has seen significant growth in the last 2 years andisnow looking to double in size hiring M&A specialiststoconduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence execute large scale enterprise-wide integrations and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology Operations Human Capital Finance and other back-office functions.

We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction pre and post completion.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• Support on strategic M&A and Carve-out projects - from pre-deal due diligence to post-close integration and separation planning

• Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills a solution-design thinking mindset with a strong background in leading multiple and complex client projects

• Partnering with clients - Proactively assist in the management of several clients

• Participating actively in client or management discussions to gather data and understand issues;

• Facilitating working sessions of medium to large sized groups - Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
