Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care in clients homes
- Support with daily living tasks such as washing dressing mobility light household duties and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and build positive trusting relationships
- Assist with medication prompts and general wellbeing monitoring
- Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
- Record and report care activities accurately
- Promote independence respect and choice in every interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients families and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and social engagement within the community

What we provide:
One hour minimum visits with clients to allow time to care complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.
Matching of Care Professionals and clients based on mutual interests and hobbies so there is never something short to talk about and you can provide more personalised support.
