Software Developer Manufacturing Automation & AI

This role will focus on manufacturing and automation application development. The candidate should have experience in applying AI/ML in manufacturing along with strong knowledge of Production Scheduling and Dispatch Systems  SPC or Manufacturing system. The role is expected to drive digital transformation and enhance production efficiency across other factories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design build and deploy AI/ML models for use cases such as production scheduling dispatch optimization predictive maintenance and quality forecasting.

2. Work cross-functionally with Production IT Equipment and Process teams to establish robust data pipelines and end-to-end intelligent solutions.

3. Implement model-performance monitoring and continuous-improvement loops to guarantee stability explainability and scalability.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Automation Industrial Engineering Operations Research or related field; Masters preferred

• 2 years hands-on experience applying AI/ML in manufacturing; familiar with scheduling algorithms (e.g. OR-Tools CP-SAT reinforcement learning).

• Proficient in Python/C; experienced with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn; comfortable with SQL time-series databases and big-data platforms.

• Solid programming skill in either C# or JAVA

• Solid understanding of MES ERP SPC and APS interfaces; background in semiconductor with programming experience with PLC is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

PREFERRED:

• English proficiency is preferred
• Project management experience is a plus
