What Youll Do
In this role you will:
Facilities & Fleet Management
- Process purchase orders using the iBuy system.
- Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines including approvals and documentation.
Contract Management
- Oversee approvals and signatures for commercial documents from clients distributors and suppliers.
- Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team.
- Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents.
- Monitor compliance for comodato contracts and create dashboards to track fixed assets.
Commercial Support
- Collect and organize documentation for billing processes.
- Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) support resource creating reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Centralize internal communications and assist with performance monitoring.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events.
- Coordinate local and international shipments.
- Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g. EPPs).
- Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities.
What You Bring
Must-Have
- Experience in business support customer success or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. iBuy) and Salesforce is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of contract management processes.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for communication with global teams.
