Job Summary

Your Role: Key Account Manager Clinical Research

As a Key Account Manager youll be the trusted partner for a select group of strategic clients. Youll drive growth build long-term relationships and act as the vital link between our clients and SGSs global Clinical Research Organization.

What Youll Do:

  • Be the go-to contact for key clients building trust and delivering value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead regular business reviews to align on goals address challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client potential.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to proactively guide your strategy.
  • Manage contract negotiations renewals and pricing in partnership with our business development team.
  • Provide timely solution-oriented support to clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Align internal stakeholders with account strategies to unlock new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management sales or client relationship rolesideally within a CRO or Clinical Research setting.
  • Strong understanding of the drug development process.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A strategic mindset strong business acumen and a passion for client success.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients when needed.
