Duties
- Presents menu answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Writes order on check or memorizes it.
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Completes all assigned side works and special projects.
- Effectively use suggestive selling techniques.
- Proficient in all POS system functions including timing / firing orders and checkout procedures.
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions for guests according to company policy.
- Thorough knowledge of all beer on the menu food items and daily specials.
- Thorough knowledge of coupons promotions and special events in the pub.
- Ensure that every food and/or beverage that is prepared is properly accounted for on each check.
- Inform the proper team members (manager chef etc.) of any needs or inefficiencies that affect dining room performance and ultimately the guest.
- Assist other departments as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Training).
- Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
