POSITION DESCRIPTION
You will manage projects from cradle to completion by developing scopes schedules staffing plans and cost estimates while ensuring performance stays aligned with budget and timeline commitments. Youll build and maintain full project plans progress and earned value reports and performance dashboards using Centrus project controls systems. Youll coordinate internal and external resources lead periodic project reviews adjust staffing and materials as needed implement corrective actions to keep projects on track lead contract negotiations conduct lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and consistently communicate status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Field.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of project management and/or project engineering experience.
- Experience with DOE projects.
- NQA-1 experience.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a DOE Q-level security clearance.
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening which includes a background check and drug screening in accordance with Federal requirements (details below)
- Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Q Clearance.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with Centrifuge or HALEU projects.
LOCATION
Work will be performed at the Centrus facility in Oak Ridge TN.
