Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Contracts Administrator Senior Support professional to join our Centralized Data Management (CDM) this role you will manage the setup of assigned contract awards and modifications ensuring accuracy and adherence to data quality and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience handlingmedium-to-complex contract activitieswhile working collaboratively within established policies and practices. General knowledge ofbusiness operationsand familiarity withgovernment contracting processes and regulationsis required.

Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Perform setup for contract awards and modifications maintaining high standards ofdata quality.
- Support contract closeout processes including data research and corrective actions to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Compliance and Data Quality:
- Assist withdata governanceand compliance initiatives to ensurecontract data integrity.
- Review contractual artifacts for proper setup in PeratonsContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)system and ensure readiness forauditandregulatory reporting.
- Contribute to reducing corrective actions and assist in executingcontract closeout priority actions.
- Training and Continuous Improvement:
- Supporttraining initiativesfor CDM team members and contract administrators to promote data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Recommend quality assurance measures to prevent data entry errors.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in dailystand-up meetingsto report project status address obstacles and collaborate with CDM team members to complete tasks on time and meetService Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely withContract Administratorsand other relevant resources to gather necessary information ensuring a high degree of data quality.
- System Support and Special Projects:
- Assist with contract operations initiatives and contribute tospecial projectswithin the Peraton Contracts Team as needed.
Qualifications
- Citizenship:
- Education and Experience:
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum required).
- Some specialized training and/or advanced certificationsin contract management compliance or related fields ( certificationssuch asCFCMCPCM) highly desirable.
- Bring a minimum of1 year of experiencein contracts administration or related roles with proficiency in managing thecontract lifecycle including working independently on complex contract issues.
- Organizational Skills:
- Are highly organized detail-oriented and committed to maintainingdata accuracy with a structured approach to task completion and proactive communication of progress.
- Analytical Acumen:
- Can synthesize contractual compliance and regulatory data to support informed decision-making.
- Anticipate challenges propose solutions and identify opportunities to optimize contract setup processes.
- Communication Skills:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in effective team communication
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Have experience interfacing effectively withall organizational levelsand collaborating in diverse cross-functional teams.
- Work seamlessly with others to ensure contract activities aretimelyaccurate and in alignment with company objectives.
- Technical Skills:
- Are proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Knowledge ofcontract lifecycle management (CLM) softwareis a plus.
- Location:
- This is a primarily remote position. However Associate must be willing and able to work out of our Reston office.

Target Salary Range
$39000 - $62000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
