- Analyze issues and provide direction/specifications for handling bugs.
- Track data-related requirements/issues back to source systems and assess the impact of changes on processes.
- Assist with testing delivered solutions documenting issues within DevOps.
- Occasionally handle support issues directly with business users of the systems involved.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop process flows system specifications and conversion strategies.
- Participate in solution design and provide input on best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for end-users and technical teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile methodology and writing user stories.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred; Salesforce or Workday acceptable).
- Understanding of financial services insurance or consulting domains.
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes in global organizations.
Performance Objectives
- Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client-approved specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and testing.
- Provide value-added consulting based on implementation best practices.
- Must be available to work during UK business hours
