You will be the go-to legend delivering warm person-centred care while keeping patients families and the whole crew on the same page. You will help people understand whats happening with their care and back them up to make informed choices. Youll keep things culturally respectful values-driven and safety-smart even on the days when priorities collide or behaviours get challenging. At the end of the day youre the calm in the chaos making sure every patient gets genuine thoughtful care - every time.

You will receive access to orientation both virtual and in person along with support from a clinical nurse educator and Nurse manager with access to continued professional development.

Requirements:

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Deliver quality efficient and effective person-centred care which meets the needs of the patients and their families or carers.
Respond effectively to emergency situations and the changing status of the patient.
Requires an understanding of evidence informed practise and critical thinking.
