As an Operations Associate in the CEO Office at Greyhound Capital you will be instrumental in scaling the firm by transforming complex problems into reliable systems. Youll own the operational backbone optimize critical workflows across all departments and drive the firms core rhythms ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement for this $1.5B AUM growth equity firm.

What you will do:

• Own and stabilize the firms operational plumbing managing onboarding valuations logistics and vendor performance.

• Build and optimize critical processes across legal finance people investment and investor relations creating scalable playbooks.

• Drive the firms core operating cadence coordinating deadlines tracking KPIs and ensuring timely execution of key rhythms.

The ideal candidate:

• 24 years in a high-intensity environment such as investment banking consulting or a high-growth startup.

• Strong academic track record with a university degree in STEM finance economics or a similar field.

• Demonstrated track record of impact in lean high-performance environments with a passion for working with data (advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
