Overview:
The Department of Radiology at Nationwide Childrens Hospital (NCH) in Columbus Ohio seeks a dedicated Pediatric Neuro-Radiologist to join a growing multidisciplinary pediatric radiology practice of 30 faculty providing care in all subspecialties of pediatric radiology. The applicant should be CAQ certified in pediatric radiology or neuroradiology with fellowship or practice experience in pediatric neuroradiology.
Centered within the Department of Radiology the Imaging Innovation and Research Office (IRO) is the core imaging resource for principal investigators. The departments internal Pediatric Advanced Imaging Resource (PAIR) is a 3D image post-processing (including 3D-printing) and data analysis lab for both clinical care and advanced image analysis for research. The department serves as the academic teaching hospital for pediatric radiology for The Ohio State University Radiology Residency Program and for the Department of Pediatrics of The Ohio State University College of Medicine and has 4 pediatric fellowships available General Diagnostic Interventional Cardio-Thoracic and Neuro. Numerous opportunities for research innovation and education are afforded by the department and hospital as well.
The successful candidates primary responsibilities will be clinical providing neuroimaging care as part of a collegial team of 6 neuroradiologists using state of the art imaging equipment with advanced software packages and with clinical providers committed to their patients via a one team approach. We encourage applications from trainees completing their fellowship in 2026 as well as practicing pediatric radiologists. Remote or hybrid arrangements can be considered. Alternate Pathway or Visa holders are supported and encouraged to apply.
The Department and NCH are strongly committed to radiologist work life balance. Night coverage is provided by a subsection within the department. Weekend call is divided evenly among all neuroradiology section members. Home PACS allows some flexibility for from home coverage.

Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology and Pediatric Radiology or equivalent from the American Board of Radiology the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or international equivalent required.
Experience with the use of imaging technologies such as radiography fluoroscopy Computed Tomography MRI ultrasound Nuclear Medicine (with injection of radioactive materials) and Interventional Radiology required.
