Job Title: Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical Step-Down (Float Pool)
Location: Cincinnati OH
Position Type:Contract/ 12-hour shifts (Night)
Pay Rate: $41 to $46/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.

• Collaborate with patients families and healthcare teams to provide high-quality culturally competent care.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.

• Administer medications transfusions and treatments according to protocols.

• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control standards.

• Educate patients and families on health management procedures and treatments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Required Diploma of Nursing; Preferred BSN

• Certifications & Licenses: Required Ohio RN License or Compact BLS (American Heart Assoc.) ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
