Summary
Our client is seeking a passionate patient-centered Physical Therapist to join their Upper West Side team. This location has a growing womens health presence and while experience or interest in pelvic health is certainly welcome it is not a requirement for the role. We are building a well-rounded team and encourage applicants with a variety of clinical interestsorthopedics sports neurological rehab performance or other emerging specialty areas.
Youll treat a diverse mix of patientsfrom teenagers to active adults new parents and older adultswithin a collaborative growth-minded environment that truly puts clinicians first. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who are eager to learn think critically and practice in a setting that values time thoughtfulness and whole-person care. They dont just treat symptomsthey take the time to discover and address the root causes of dysfunction to help patients move feel and live interest in Pilates is a plus as we have a reformer with a tower in the clinic to support core postural pelvic and movement-based rehabilitation.
Compensation & Growth
Compensation is commensurate with experience and aligned with our structured clinical advancement scale which rewards both skill development and consistent performance. As you progress from entry-level clinician to senior and advanced roles youll see your compensation and leadership opportunities grow accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions including post-operative care chronic pain balance issues and functional movement impairments.
- Deliver manual therapy and evidence-based functional rehabilitation in a true one-on-one model (45 minutes per session).
- Take a comprehensive approachanalyzing movement posture strength and lifestyle factors to uncover the source of each patients challenges.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and long-term wellness.
- Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with your team to provide integrated whole-body care that supports sustainable outcomes.
- Maintain timely thorough documentation using our EMR system.
Qualifications
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in New York
- Strong interest or experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Passion for manual therapy and functional movement-based care
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to understanding the why behind each conditionnot just treating

The starting range represents the low and high end of the G&A Partners range for this position. Actual wages will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of G&As total compensation package for employees.
