Job Summary

RN Civil Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator Water Infrastructure Estimator for a full-time position in Centennial CO. PAY: $90000$130000 annually plus bonuses

QUALIFICATIONS

Construction estimating experience in water and wastewater construction (or similar industrial sectors like oil and gas

Estimating experience for self-performing contractor

U.S. citizenship (no sponsorship )

A bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a similar field is preferred.

SCHEDULE: The work schedule is full-time from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SENIOR ESTIMATOR - WATER INFRASTRUCTURE ESTIMATOR

In this role youll review blueprints and specifications prepare detailed cost estimates and develop competitive bid proposals. Youll analyze subcontractor pricing track budgets and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Using tools like Bluebeam youll maintain cost databases and provide estimates that drive successful projects.
