Job Description:
This Founding Engineer role involves building autonomous AI agents to revolutionize industrial distribution. Youll work directly with founders to create systems that automate sales and supply chain operations for large customers processing orders generating quotes and making inventory decisions without human intervention. This is a high-impact opportunity to ship software that runs real businesses.

What you will do:

Build and ship autonomous AI agents that process orders generate quotes and make inventory decisions without human intervention.
Integrate with messy enterprise systems including ERPs CRMs inboxes and phone systems used by distributors.
Write high-performance backend services to handle inventory optimization algorithms complex pricing logic and more.

The ideal candidate:

A systems-minded engineer passionate about building software that runs real businesses.
Experience with TypeScript Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL our core stack.
Deep familiarity with LLM usage productizing research agents tool calling and robustness.
