Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guidance and Support:

    • Provide expert guidance to Franchise and Product Managers regarding the Patient Access Program (PAP) concept document and SOP.

    • Assist in training and educating teams on PAP issue handling and resolution processes to ensure smooth operation.

  • Vendor Performance Oversight:

    • Oversee the performance and efficacy of PAP vendors ensuring they meet established service levels and deliverables.

    • Develop and maintain monthly reporting templates to track key performance indicators including:

      • Number of applications received

      • Number of complimentary injections or boxes delivered to each hospital

    • Request and analyze monthly written reports and statistical updates on program status from vendors.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Facilitate regular check-in meetings with the PAP Committee and/or smaller working groups to discuss program progress challenges and strategies for improvement.

  • SOP Ownership and Auditing:

    • Act as the PAP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) owner and overall process owner ensuring that the SOP is updated and adhered to.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact during audits related to the PAP ensuring that all necessary documentation and evidence are readily available and compliant with internal standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams including Compliance Legal and Marketing to ensure that all aspects of the PAP are compliant with regulatory standards.

  • Continuous Improvement for access solutions:

    • Identify opportunities for program improvement and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the PAP and also create different access solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare related field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Core skills: Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience: Project management and vendor management experience preferred
