Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale integrated managed services across multiple technology domains. Drive innovation and transformation initiatives for clients leveraging SAP Salesforce Cloud and Analytics platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals and industry trends. Mentor and grow high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to build long-term relationships and drive business growth. Ideal Candidate Profile: Educational Qualifications: MBA CA or equivalent professional credentials. Academic Performance: Consistent academic record with 60% or above throughout. Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in IT consulting managed services or enterprise technology leadership. Proven expertise in managing large-scale delivery across SAP Cybersecurity Cloud Applications Salesforce Analytics and Data Governance. Strong exposure to Manufacturing Energy Utilities and Resources industries. Familiarity with Big 4 consulting standards and client service excellence. Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
