This is a rare opportunity to join our clients flagship London team as a Property Litigation Partner driving business growth and shaping the strategic direction of a high-performing practice.
The Role: Lead Develop Deliver
Key Responsibilities
Lead on complex and high-value property disputes as the senior lawyer within the team
Supervise develop and mentor junior fee earners ensuring best-in-class client service and robust file management
Drive client and referrer relationships exceeding expectations and supporting the growth of key accounts
Champion business development running effective client/referrer plans and converting BD activity into new instructions
Expand the practice by broadening expertise into new sectors/markets and generating thought leadership
Manage team performance set SMART objectives monitor KPIs and ensure profitability across all matters
Continuously improve client feedback processes and implement positive change
What Were Looking For
Essential Experience & Qualifications
8 years PQE with a strong track record in property/real estate disputes
UK-qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in a Real Estate Disputes team
Proven expertise in commercial property litigation (e.g. landlord & tenant development disputes rights of light dilapidations)
Demonstrable business development success and a strategic approach to growing client portfolios
Outstanding client management skills and a commitment to service excellence
Experience supervising teams and managing financial KPIs
A following or business plan is highly advantageous
