Job Summary

Description

Cost Accounting
Evaluate costs and identify variances or opportunities to improve profitability for more senior
colleagues.
Budgeting and Costing
Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
Financial Modeling
Provide financial modeling input into business cases costs and schedules to support growth
in the business.
Insights and Reporting
Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
Data Collection and Analysis
Collate and analyze data using preset tools methods and formats. Involves working
independently.
Data Management
Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior
colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of
the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.

Financial Policies Guidelines and Protocols
Contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies guidelines and protocols to
ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
Recommendations
Provide information and clarification on existing procedures processes and precedents.
Information and Business Advice
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities
as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an
understanding of relevant technology external regulation and industry best practices
through ongoing education attending conferences and reading specialist media.
