Responsibilities Include
Integrate Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and collaborative robots (Cobots) into production environments for flexible automation.
Design program and deploy robotic solutions for manufacturing and material handling applications.
Design and implement integrated automation systems ensuring compatibility across hardware and software platforms.Support development ofprocessesto transitionfrom manual to automated operations.
Support the construction and integration of automated machinery frombusinesscaseto deployment.Support the full equipment life cycle from development tosunsetting.
Develop build and test Designs and concepts for feasibility
Improve equipment uptime through troubleshooting design changes vendor partnerships andhypercare.
Support with plant andmaintainan automation roadmap for value streams.
Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and sustaining engineering teams to integrate process changes.
Document equipment requirements and review vendor designs for compliance.
MinimumQualifications:
Bachelors degree plus4years of relevant Engineering experience OR
Masters degree with a minimum of2years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have experience introubleshooting ofcontrol systems software I/O issues controls/electromechanical equipment DC Drives VFDs Servo DrivesPLCsand PC based systems to ensure reliable automation performance.
Utilize simulation tools tovalidateautomation conceptsoptimizeworkflows and predict system performance.
Implement vision systems for inspection quality control and process automation.
Design program and deploy robotic solutions for manufacturing and material handling applications.
Develop andoptimizemanufacturing processes to transition from manual to automated workflows ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Ability to travel up to 10%
