Pecheles Automotive is growing in Eastern NC and were looking for motivated people-focused individuals to join our sales teams in Greenville and Washington. Work with some of the most respected automotive brands including Audi Ford Hyundai Toyota and Volkswagen and be part of a supportive fast-paced team.
No car sales experience No problem! If you have a positive attitude strong communication skills and enjoy helping people well provide full training to help you succeed. Many of our top Sales Associates come from hospitality retail or customer service backgrounds and thrive here.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional engaging and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads prospects and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
Qualifications:
- Be driven outgoing and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
