About the Role
Werelooking for aself-motivated curious and driven software developerto join our development team in Opelika. This isa great opportunityfor a recent graduatewhoseager to learn grow and make a real impact in a collaborative environment.
We develop and support software products that serve the radio broadcasting industry providing tools for scheduling billing andreporting forstations in cooperation with other teamsfacilitatingdigital advertising and electronic services.Radioremainsan important medium in the U.S. reaching about 75% of the population daily when combiningoverairand digital listening highlighting the broad impact of the softwareyoullhelp build.
This position requires working23 days per week in our Opelika office collaborating closely with a team of 23 experienced developers.
WhatYoullDo
Develop andmaintainapplications built primarily inC#andCwithSQL ServerandWinForms
Work with and learn from a wide range oflegacy systemsincluding VB6 Java Delphi and other third-party tools
Read understand and enhance existing codebases
Contribute to our ongoing modernization effort as we move toward a.NET Core REST-based frameworkover SQL Server
Help integrate and leverageAI-assisted development tools(e.g. GitHub Copilot ChatGPT) to improve team productivity
Collaborate with other developers and product teams to design and implement new features

Solid understanding ofprogramming fundamentals(object-oriented design data structures debugging)
