We have a customer in Tempe AZ who has an IMMEDIATE long-term DIRECT HIRE opening for an Electronic Technician I. If you or any of your friends or colleagues are interested in this position please click APPLY NOW.
In this role you will calibrate and program microprocessor controlled test equipment using personal computers make modification to existing printed circuit boards from engineering drawings or diagrams with guidance from an Electronic Technician II or Engineer install and solder components to circuit boards assemble electronic enclosures and system test electronics mated or paired with flow meters. You will also mix and use potting compounds conformance coatings etc. as required by drawings and procedures.
This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE position in Tempe AZ and must be worked on-site at Tempe AZ location
Starting pay for this position is in the $22-24/Hr pay range.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AAS Degree in Electronics or equivalent
- One to three years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience in electronic assembly test and soldering
- Certification in IPC-J-STD-001 highly preferred
