Job Summary

This position serves as the Strategic Analyst for 2 Circle Consulting Inc. The Strategic Planning Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the future mission vision and strategic imperatives of 2 Circle Inc. This position will directly support the CEOs staff 2 Circle CEO Project / Tiger Teams 2 Circle Red Team and Strategic Planning and Execution. The candidates strategic analysis insights and expertise will be instrumental in enabling 2 Circle to survive and thrive in dynamic market environments.

Essential Job Functions

• Support CEOs staff to execute 2 Circle Executive POAM and Annual Goals
• Provide analytical data (internal and external) and analysis to bring innovation and GRGB approach to 2 Circle Strategy business framework policy processes and tools
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends competitive landscape and industry dynamics
• Support partner and threat company competitive analysis in 2 Circle markets industries and geographic regions
• Research and provide innovative / GRGB concepts for optimizing 2 Circle organizational design and business framework to stay ahead of our rapid growth profile
• Research sources for business intelligence that can feed 2 Circle processes to protect and grow our business in both current and new markets
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the companys long-term growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure effective execution of strategic imperatives projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic imperative / initiatives identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance strategic planning processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in any of the following fields: business or engineering relevant fields.Work experience may be considered as a substitute for the degree requirement.
• 15 years experience in Strategic leadership; Military Command (CO / XO) / civilian equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated innovation creativity and analytical skills and knowledge at tactical or operational levels resulting in performance and efficiency improvements of business or military unit
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Effective execution of assigned business research and analysis within the designated timelines and budgets.
• Continuous improvement of analytical methods and business references
