Department Title: Undergrad Intern ETF Product Strategy

Location: The intern candidate must be able to commute into the San Mateo CA or San Ramon CA office on a Hybrid basis each week.

Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8 2026.
Anticipated End Date: August 14 2026 All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment.

Position Summary:
The Global ETFs team is responsible for leading ETF product strategy and development efforts at Franklin Templeton.

As our team grows at an accelerated pace given our differentiated platform strong investment capabilities and client partnership we are seeking an intern to join us this summer. This intern will gain insight into one of the fastest growing areas of asset management within a firm well positioned to build on its continued success.

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 hours (dependent on state/location) per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $37 - $47 (dependent on location function and year in school) USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
