Job Summary
Our Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. The Catering Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of catering operations including menu planning food preparation and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Manage and train catering staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate catering performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Plan and execute catering events for a variety of occasions and client requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with current catering trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficient in menu planning and costing.
* Experience in managing and training staff.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
