Job Summary
Primary Purpose of the Job and Anticipated Deliverables
1 Execute Detailed Fabrication and erection services related to Piping discipline; assign piping team monitor performance of direct manpower Foreman and Supervisors; ensure Quality and Safety requirement as per the project requirements at site; Liaise with various departments for work execution of works Capabilities
1 Fabrication and erection of Piping.
2 Fabrication of Pipeline.
3 Fabrication of Pipe Supports.
4 Ability to prepare Testpacks Method Statement and JSA's.
5 Problem Solving ability
6 Material Segregation/Study and requirement as per fabrication requirement.
7 Responsible for piping/pipeline fabrication right from documentation part until hydrotest painting and loadout.
8 Good Knowledge of different types of piping material and fabrication related to it.
9 Good knowledge of HSE Quality and work procedures
10 Responsible for the implementation of Quality and Safety procedures at site
11 Responsible for overall site execution activities
12 Liaise with various departments for work execution.
13 Laise with engineering team for engineering deliverable requirements
14 Responsible to coordinate with QC department for the Inspection activities
15 Responsible for the Coordination with Painting department
16 Responsible for the Work allocation based on the Schedules and Priorities
17 Responsible to coordinate between the Site and engineering office
18 Ensure that adequate manpower plant equipment consumables exist to satisfactorily complete the project.
19 Co-ordinates and monitors the project progress to ensure optimum production commensurate with all Quality Procedures and Method Statements.
20 Liaise and co-ordinate for all engineering technical and quality issues
