MAGENTA is recruiting for an upcoming environmental awareness and training program and were looking for experienced results-driven consultants in technical training water and climate systems and project leadership. If youve spent your career making programs work on the ground not just on paper and have the expertise to deliver high-quality results we want to connect.

We are looking to for:

Technical Trainer Environmentalist or Water Engineer
You bring deep expertise in water WASH or climate adaptation and have led awareness sessions or technical trainings. Youre confident guiding content and engaging participants with clarity and relevance.

• 12 years of experience in your field
• At least two documented training assignments
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Trainer/ToT certification
• Arabic required; English preferred

Technical Trainer Engineer or Admin with Awareness Experience
Youve delivered community or institutional trainings on climate water or sanitation and know how to adapt content to context. Youve worked with public institutions and can move easily between planning and delivery.

• 12 years of experience in awareness or training roles
• At least two documented training assignments
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Trainer/ToT certification
• Arabic required; English preferred

Project Manager
Youve led complex multi-stakeholder projects in Jordans water climate or environment sectors. You know how to coordinate across ministries and teams and have a track record of delivery with donor-funded programs.

• 12 years of relevant project management experience
• Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field
• Experience working with government UN or NGO partners
• Arabic and English fluency
• ToT certification preferred
