Job Summary

What Youll Do
Manage customer complaints with quick response and effective communication
Lead containment actions at customer sites and coordinate cross-functional teams
Drive root cause analysis and submit 8D reports
Regularly visit customers for feedback and quality improvement
Support project quality management and smooth mass production
Ensure quality in engineering and process changes

What Were Looking For
Diploma/Bachelors degree or above
5 years in Quality (3 years in automotive)
Knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3
Familiar with 8D PPAP MSA SPC FMEA APQP Control Plan
Motor experience is a plus
Fresh graduate can apply
