We are recruiting a dedicated SEN TA to work within a collaborative SEND team in Greenwich. This SEN TA vacancy starts January 2026 with a comprehensive induction and handover arranged prior to January 2026 so the SEN TA can begin the spring term confident and prepared.

Role: SEN TA Greenwich
Start date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent / Part-Time or Full-Time (school dependent)
Main duties
Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
Deliver planned interventions and monitor progress providing feedback to the SENCo.
Support pupils to develop social communication and self-regulation skills.
Adapt and prepare resources to enable access to the curriculum across Greenwich.
Liaise with parents therapists and teachers and contribute to review meetings.
Person specification
Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND and confidence delivering interventions as a SEN TA.
Patient adaptable and an effective communicator within the Greenwich school community.
Strong record-keeping teamwork and practical problem-solving skills.
Able to commence January 2026 and attend pre-start induction before January 2026.
