Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors parents staff and students to the front office.
Manage incoming calls emails and general enquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs passes and safeguarding requirements.
Support administrative tasks including letters filing and student registers.
Assist with coordination of school events and day-to-day office organisation.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Outstanding professionalism and ability to multitask.
Confident using Microsoft Office and school admin systems.
Previous school or front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
