Role Responsibilities
- Lead sensory play sessions and exploratory learning experiences
- Support children with SEN communication difficulties or developmental delays
- Set up and continually enhance inviting learning environments
- Observe and track childrens progress contributing to planning discussions
- Implement early literacy and communication activities
- Encourage emotional awareness and social interaction
- Work collaboratively with a wide team of teachers therapists and specialists
- Ensure safety wellbeing and safeguarding compliance
- EYFS experience essential
