Job Summary

Job Title: SAP PP/ PM/QM/MM Consultant
Location: Prague Czechia
Employment Type: Full-time
Exp: 10 yrs and above

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate will design configure and support SAP solutions to streamline manufacturing procurement quality and maintenance processes.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

SAP PP (Production Planning):

Configure and support MRP BOM routing work centers and capacity planning.
Implement shop floor control and production order management.

SAP QM (Quality Management):

Set up inspection plans quality notifications and certificates.
Integrate QM with MM and PP for quality checks during procurement and production.

SAP MM (Materials Management):

Configure procurement cycles inventory management and material valuation.
Manage vendor master data and procurement reporting.

SAP PM (Plant Maintenance):

Configure preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Set up maintenance plans work orders and notifications.

General Duties:

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform system testing UAT and end-user training.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years of experience in SAP PP QM MM and PM modules.
Strong knowledge of integration between modules (PP-QM-MM-PM and with SD FI).
Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
SAP certification in any of the modules is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to ABAP debugging and basic technical understanding.
Knowledge of industry best practices in manufacturing quality and maintenance.
