What is expected in this role:

Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;
Helping fulfil purchase exchanges for customers;
Ensuring customer satisfaction and follow up all steps and timings of claims;
Tasks are carried out in writing so well-developed written communication skills are a must.
Being problem-solving orientated.

What were looking for:

Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Fluency in French (is a plus);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools.
