Job Description
We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a global Video Streaming Platform project.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing technical and account support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Candidate Profile

Dutch native/fluent speaker
English minimum B2 level (mandatory) -
With or without experience

Strong communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work rotating shifts
Mandatory Documents
All candidates must have one of the following:

EU ID or
EU Residence Card or Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)

Base salary (without experience): 14000 gross/year
